REFLECTION

During this study trip, I went to Penang this year...again. I realized that this year I have been going to a new place twice, one is Melaka because of an event, then the next, Penang. I guess I'm rather lucky because I get to experience the place deeper and go to places which I might not event realized I have missed out.

Even though I have seen and ate the genuine local food more than some of my friends, cover much ground on George Town, went to much more places where the study trip itinerary could bring me, I realized I get to learn another aspect of Penang's culture. It is a fun learning as me and my friends get to experience in depth of the interactive museums. Instead of just sightseeing, we get to realize why the spaces are successful and vice versa, we get to experience Penang's heritage ourselves and interact with the locals, and last but not least, we get to bond closely during the trip.

I would love to give a shout out to my teammates for being there throughout the assignment and helping each other! I definitely look forward to the next study trip!
